# Bloqueio de um cliente especifico para agendamento online

É possível impedir que um cliente realize agendamentos online:

**Clientes > Listagem > Clique no cliente desejado**
Em seguida:
* Localize a opção **Bloquear Cliente**
* Selecione **Sim**
* Clique em **Salvar**
