Click New collaborator (top right corner). You will be directed to the Collaborator Registration screen.

2️⃣ Profile tab (Personal details)

Fill in the collaborator’s basic information:

Name* (required)
Phone* (required)
Email* (required)
ID (optional)
Date of birth (optional)
Gender (optional)
Position (for example, Esthetician, Barber, Manicurist)
Calendar Color: visually identifies the collaborator in the schedule
Notes: for internal remarks 📌 After filling in the information, click Save or proceed to the next tab.

3️⃣ Services tab

Define which services the collaborator can perform. Steps:

Go to the Services tab
Select the services available in your catalog
Save the changes

📌 Only linked services will be available for scheduling with this collaborator.

4️⃣ Working hours tab

Set the collaborator’s working days and hours.

Steps:

Go to the Working hours tab
Define:
Working days of the week
Start and end times
Breaks (if applicable)
Save the settings

📌 The system uses this information to open available time slots in the schedule.

Click Save in the top right corner. The collaborator will appear in the list with Active status and will be available for scheduling according to the configured working hours.
