Client Registration and Management
The Clients tab centralizes all essential information about the contacts registered in the system, enabling organized and strategic management of customer relationships. In this section, you can track new appointments, returns, birthdays, inactive clients, and access each client’s individual history. These data make it easier to monitor appointments and support decision-making to improve service quality and customer retention.
- New clients
Displays the number of clients who had their first service or appointment in the last 30 days. This indicator helps track growth of the client base and evaluate acquisition efforts.
- Returns
Shows the number of clients who had already been served and scheduled again in the last 30 days. This is a key metric for analyzing loyalty and repeat visits.
- Birthdays
Shows the number of clients whose birthdays fall within the selected period, usually the current month. This information can be used for relationship actions such as personalized messages or special campaigns.
- Inactive clients
Indicates clients who have not scheduled or attended any services in the last 30 days. This helps identify reactivation opportunities through strategic contact or targeted campaigns.
