The Dashboard tab works as the main system dashboard, bringing together the key performance and operational indicators in one place. It provides an overall, real-time view of the business, making it easier to monitor results without accessing detailed reports.
General Indicators 📌
Located at the top of the screen, they show a summary for the selected period (for example, the current month):
- Appointments: total number of scheduled appointments.
- Confirmed clients: appointments already confirmed.
- Clients to be confirmed: appointments pending confirmation.
- Canceled clients: total number of cancellations.
These data help understand the service flow and identify possible losses.
Revenue 💰
Shows the financial performance for the period:
- Actual: amount already received.
- Forecast: expected amount based on future appointments.
Allows comparison between billed revenue and projected income.
Average Ticket 📈
Displays the average amount spent per client, helping evaluate sales performance and pricing or sales strategies.
Capacity ⏱️
Indicates the agenda occupancy rate, showing how much of the available capacity is being used.
Payments by Type 💳
Shows the distribution of payments by method, such as:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Others
Helps analyze customer payment behavior.
Appointments by Source 🌐
Shows the channels where appointments originate, such as:
- Internal
- Google Reserve
- My page
Helps identify which channels generate the best results.
Clients 👥
- Active and inactive clients: overview of customer retention.
- New clients: number of new clients in the period.
These data help track the growth of the client base.
Rankings ⭐
Highlights of the period:
- Top collaborators: professionals with the highest revenue.
- Top services: best-selling services.
- Top clients: clients with the highest spend.
