The My Website tab allows you to create and customize an online booking website where clients can learn about your business and schedule services conveniently at any time. This feature helps increase business visibility and simplifies the booking process.

On this initial screen, the system invites the user to create their booking website. After publishing, it is possible to:

• Share the link with clients
• Allow 24/7 online bookings
• Present the business in a professional way

The Create my website button starts the setup process.

1. Website logo and icon 🖼️

Allows you to add the company’s visual identity:

• Logo: main brand version, usually with name and symbol
• Icon: brand symbol without text, used in smaller views (for example, mobile)

These elements help clients recognize the brand.

2. Establishment photos 📸

At this stage, the user can add images of the physical space:

• Upload by dragging images or selecting files
• Accepted formats: JPG and PNG
• Minimum resolution: 916 x 500 px
• Maximum size: 10 MB

Photos help attract clients and build trust.

3. Business highlights ⭐

Allows you to showcase features that differentiate the business, organized into categories:

Amenities:

• For example: free Wi-Fi, parking, air-conditioned environment, comfortable waiting area

Differentials:

• For example: pet friendly, accessibility, personalized service, kids’ area

Values and purpose:

• For example: use of natural products, inclusion and diversity, female leadership

This information helps clients choose the business with greater confidence.

4. Business description ✍️

Field to describe the business in up to 500 characters.

Here, the user can:

• Explain what makes the business unique
• Highlight experience, quality, or service style
• Create a closer connection with clients

This text appears on the website and directly influences the client’s decision.

5. Customization 🎨

Allows you to define the site’s visual identity:

• Theme color: choose the main brand color
• Preview: view the site on desktop or mobile

Changes can be made again in the future.

Publishing 🚀

After completing all steps, the user can click Save and publish to make the site available.

Once published, the site will be accessible via a link and ready to receive bookings.
