Control and organization by status
By clicking on an appointment, you can change its status to indicate its current stage:
Click the desired appointment directly on the schedule.
In the appointment details, check the upper right corner.
Click the current status button (for example, Scheduled).
A dropdown menu will appear with the following options:
📅 Scheduled: created and awaiting confirmation or service
✅ Confirmed: client confirmed attendance

1️⃣ Start creating the appointment
Access the Schedule tab
Click an available time slot or the ( + ) button
Fill in the appointment details as usual
2️⃣ Go to the payment step
During creation, proceed to the Payment screen
Here you can register an advance payment
3️⃣ Choose the payment method
Select one of the available options
4️⃣ Enter a discount (if applicable)
In the Discount field, choose:
Percentage (%) or
Fixed amount (R$)

The Calendar tab is where you view and manage all daily appointments. It works like a calendar, making it easy to control times, professionals, and services.
The Calendar is visual and organized by collaborators, dates, and times, which helps keep appointments clearly structured.

Identify available and occupied time slots
See details such as client, service, professional, and appointment status

1️⃣ Access the Schedule
In the left side menu, click Schedule
The schedule will be displayed in calendar format, organized by date, time, and collaborator
2️⃣ Select the desired date
Use the side calendar to choose the appointment day
The selected date will be highlighted
You can also navigate using the arrows at the top of the screen

Each column represents a collaborator

On the Schedule screen, you can view appointments in different ways. In the upper right corner, the following modes are available:
Day: shows all appointments for a single day
Week: displays appointments across the week
Month: provides an overview of the month

1️⃣ Access the Schedule
In the side menu, click Schedule
On the schedule screen, click the ( + ) button in the lower right corner
2️⃣ Select Time Block
At the top of the screen, choose the Time Block tab
This option prevents appointments from being booked at specific times
3️⃣ Choose the block date
Use the date selector at the top
Select the desired day
Make sure the month is correct (for example, December 2025)

In the system, deleting an appointment is done by changing its status to No-show. When this status is selected, the appointment is automatically removed from the schedule.

Access the Schedule
Select the appointment you want to delete
Change the status to No-show
Confirm the action
